Engagement model
Before you commit, FPE can review the project brief, feasibility study or design proposals and provide an independent risk and cost assessment. No surprises after signing.
We manage the design team on your behalf: selecting architects and engineers, keeping quality and schedule on track. Where project parties are ready, we work towards the BIM model serving as the primary contract reference — reducing ambiguity and disputes significantly.
Expert inspections, quality documentation and progress tracking — with the goal of tying as much as possible directly to the BIM model. The depth of model-based tracking is agreed upfront based on what all project parties can commit to. At handover, the aim is a structured model ready for facility management.
You don't need to engage FPE for the whole project. We can provide a single expert review, a specific structural design service, or full lifecycle advisory — whatever the situation demands.

The goal is for contractors to update installation statuses directly in the model, tying invoicing to confirmed installed items rather than estimated completion percentages. Achieving this requires all parties to align — FPE supports that change process.
Carbon footprint calculation and material efficiency are integrated from early design stages — not added as a compliance report at the end. Relevant for ESG-driven investors.
